Dear 1B Families,

This week has flown by! I hope you were able to keep warm and cozy during the past few snow days and enjoyed some extra time with your family! Today, we talked about the many achievements of Martin Luther King, Jr. and created a packet all about him. Tomorrow we will end the day with an assembly honoring Martin Luther King, Jr. A quick reminder that tomorrow is a half day!
We jumped right back into learning about penguins today and next week will continue to write and create penguin projects.
Please don’t forget the penguin report collection sheet, in the homework packet, is due tomorrow, Friday, January 17.
